Respite Care Gift Package

Is someone you know about to be discharged from hospital or rehab that could do with some personal care assistance to settle them back in the home and help to a speedy recovery? Or perhaps the primary carer just needs a little ‘me’ time breather?  We would love to help.

Tasks may include:

• Personal care: showering, dressing, toileting, monitoring medications ,supervising daily hygiene
• Light domestic duties i.e. making beds, tidying, washing & ironing, shopping, prepare & cook meals and assistance with meals
• Companionship:  assistance with communication, accompanying clients on outings, organising & accompanying to medical appointments and the care of pets and plants

Package includes – 16 hours of personal care (broken up over the course of one-three weeks if required)

*Monday – Friday *(Additional cost for extending hours of service or scheduling on weekend days)
