Area: Ryde Days and Hours: Tuesdays (ongoing) – 3 hours 11am to 2pm

Carers & Companions is a boutique agency where we provide in-home personal care for Clients so they can live independently with a little help from us.

We have a vacancy for an experienced Carer to provide 3 hours of; care, companionship, light housekeeping and possibly transport work. One day a week for three hours on a Tuesday, 11am-2pm in the Ryde area to commence immediately.

Our female Client has Dementia and requires the Carer to have a current driver’s licence with clean car. The Carer must be reliable and commit to this shift on an ongoing basis. And can work with our Client who occasionally smokes.

Carers Duties:

• Companionship
• light housekeeping
• possibly transporting her to appointments

Carers requirements:

• Minimum five years’ experience in Aged Care
• Cert III in Aged Care/Cert III in Individual Support or similar
• A current Police Background check (less than 6 months old) or willing to obtain one for $54
• Current CPR Certificate
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Australian residents only
